Tailored sessions using sterile, single-use medical-grade equipment in a clinically controlled environment.
An ancient holistic therapy centered on the removal of blood from key therapeutic areas. Using sterile single-use equipment our practitioners apply light superficial scratches and a gentle vacuum — revitalizing the body and boosting immunity.
Each session uses both wet and dry cupping for optimal results. 7–9 wet cups for first-time clients, supplemented by 8–10 dry cups.
Frequently utilized by elite athletes and wellness professionals for physical recovery. This non-invasive modality focuses on myofascial decompression without skin incisions — ideal for new clients. Targets inflammation, pain, and joint stiffness.
Utilizing specialized medical-grade polymer cups via suction machine. 15–18 cups precisely applied per session.
Multi-session packages for sustained wellbeing and maximum therapeutic outcomes.
'Hijama' in Arabic is derived from 'Hajm' meaning 'sucking'. It is the process of applying cups to various points on the body extracting toxic blood by creating a vacuum — a natural therapy practiced for thousands of years.
"Indeed the best of remedies you have is Hijama."
— The Messenger (ﷺ), Saheeh al-Bukharee (5371)
Hijama helps tissues release toxins, enhances blood circulation, stimulates the immune system, and reduces stress. Available for both Men and Women — Hijama for Women is performed by our licensed female therapist.
Our specialists maintain constant communication, carefully calibrating suction to ensure your absolute comfort.
A firm localized tightening as the cup creates negative pressure. Typically subsides within seconds.
(Wet Cupping only) Precise superficial micro-incisions using a sterile single-use blade. Minimal and well-tolerated.
Cups remain for ~10 minutes adjusted to your physiological needs. Body acclimates rapidly.
Controlled pressure release — many describe this as deeply relaxing with immediate lightness.
Everything you need to know about Hijama and cupping therapy before your session.
Hijama can be mildly uncomfortable. The sensation is similar to a small insect bite. The degree varies by person and body location. The majority of our clients find it very manageable and well-tolerated.
The marks occur because blood is drawn to the surface. A darker shade indicates stagnant fluids such as toxins or old blood being released. These marks fade within a few hours to several days. With consistent sessions the marking becomes lighter over time.
Dry Cupping uses suction only — no incisions. It focuses on myofascial decompression, ideal for new clients. Hijama adds superficial micro-incisions to extract a small amount of stagnant blood, providing a deeper detoxification effect.
Absolutely. We use strictly single-use, medical-grade cups and individually sealed, sterile blades for every session — ensuring zero risk of cross-contamination. All suction instruments undergo rigorous UV sterilization between uses.
Yes! Hijama therapy is available for both Men and Women. Hijama for Women is performed exclusively by our licensed female Hijama therapist (Sister Tabassum) to ensure comfort, privacy, and professional care.
After your session we provide dates and water and ask you to rest for 5–10 minutes. A full guide is given at the end of every session.
We maintain a clinical-grade environment using strictly single-use equipment and individually sealed sterile blades for every session — zero risk of cross-contamination. Unlike multi-modality centers, we remain exclusively focused on Hijama Therapy.
